Payment verification and order lookup
After paying, your order page is the source of truth: it shows the payment state, delivery or queue progress and the delivered credential. All you need is the order number and the purchase email.
Verification steps
- 1Save the order number shown after checkout (it starts with GL) together with the email you paid with.
- 2Open the order lookup page and enter both values exactly — they must match the order.
- 3Read the status on the order page: awaiting payment, awaiting stock, delivered or refund processing, plus queue position and delivery content.
- 4When the status is delivered, copy the credential or delivery text and follow the activation link.
- 5If the order sits in awaiting stock for a long time, double-check the order number and email, then contact support with the payment time and method.
Never send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or complete credentials to anyone — support only needs the order number, payment email and redacted screenshots.
FAQ
Why can't I find my order with the Stripe receipt number?
Stripe shows a checkout session or PaymentIntent id (usually starting with cs_ or pi_), which is not this store's order number. Use the GL order number from the page you returned to or from the delivery email.
I typed the wrong email — can I still find the order?
Lookup requires an exact match between the order number and the purchase email. If the email was mistyped, contact support with the order number, payment time and payment method.
The order is stuck on awaiting stock. What now?
It means the item is temporarily out of stock and your order is queued in payment order. The page shows how many orders are ahead; restocks are delivered automatically without re-ordering.
How long do I have to wait before contacting support?
If the status has not changed after a few hours, or you see a payment error, email support@getgpt.homes with the order number, payment time and a redacted screenshot.
