Do quarterly and yearly plans change the credits?
No. The cycle only changes the price you pay; the weekly allowance stays tied to the tier.
What do I need to look up an order?
The order number (starting with GL) and the email you paid with. Only that pair can open the order page.
Can a failed top-up be refunded?
Orders that cannot be delivered are handled under the store policy and normally refunded the same day. A delivered credential cannot be returned, so double-check the tier and cycle before paying.
