Buying takes five steps: choose the tier and cycle, enter your delivery email, pay by card, follow the order page for delivery or queue progress, then activate the credential on your own account and keep the order number. Every item ships automatically, queues when out of stock, and undelivered orders follow the refund policy.

Undelivered orders are handled under the store policy and normally refunded the same day. Delivered credentials cannot be returned.

With stock available the system assigns it automatically, usually within minutes. Without stock your order queues and the order page shows the position; restocks are delivered in payment order.
