Service and stock status: in stock, sold out and queued

Products show one of three states: in stock (orderable, delivered automatically), sold out (visible but not purchasable) and queued (paid orders waiting for restock). A queued order shows its position and waiting time; once stock returns the system delivers in payment order and updates the order page.

What the three states mean

The state decides whether you can order now and whether delivery is immediate or queued.

  • ·In stock: order normally; delivery is automatic after payment.
  • ·Sold out: visible on the site but the buy button is disabled until restock.
  • ·Queued: paid orders waiting for restock, delivered in payment order.

Why a queue is shown

The queue position tells you how many paid orders are ahead of yours while stock is unavailable.

  • ·The visible position shrinks over time; when it reaches the floor the page switches to a restocking state.
  • ·Restocked items are delivered in payment order — never re-order to keep your place.
  • ·Delivery appears on the order page and in the email tied to the order.

How to follow progress

Use the order lookup page; contact support@getgpt.homes if anything looks inconsistent.

FAQ

Does queueing affect the final delivery?

No. Restocks are delivered strictly in payment order, so the earliest paid orders go first.

Can I cancel a queued order?

Undelivered orders can be refunded under the store policy; contact support with the order number.

What do I need to look up an order?

The order number (starting with GL) and the email you paid with. Only that pair can open the order page.

Can a failed top-up be refunded?

Orders that cannot be delivered are handled under the store policy and normally refunded the same day. A delivered credential cannot be returned, so double-check the tier and cycle before paying.
