1. The service

GLM 5.3 Pricing is an independent third-party storefront selling and delivering GLM Coding Plan direct top-ups. This site is not an official Z.ai or Zhipu AI website and has no affiliation, agency or authorisation relationship with them.

We provide purchase, payment and delivery support only. We never require your Z.ai account password, verification code or recovery code; activation is completed through the credential and link shown on your order page.

2. Products and pricing

Product names, prices and delivery methods are shown in the product area. Prices are listed in US dollars and charged by Stripe; the payment methods shown on the Stripe checkout page are the ones available to you.

If a price changes, orders already paid are unaffected. Unpaid orders may be regenerated at the current price.

3. Orders and delivery

Orders are delivered automatically when stock is available. If an item is out of stock, the order enters a restock queue and is delivered in payment order; the order page shows the position.

Keep your order number and purchase email safe: they are the only way to open the order page. Delivery content appears there and is also sent to the purchase email when email delivery is configured.

4. Refunds

Orders that cannot be delivered are handled under the store policy and normally refunded in full the same day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.

Delivered credentials cannot be returned or exchanged, because a delivered code can no longer be resold. Please confirm the tier, billing cycle and account before paying.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for fraud, chargeback abuse, resale misrepresentation or any activity that violates applicable law or the terms of the underlying platform.

We may refuse or refund an order that we cannot fulfil safely, including orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Disclaimers

Plan availability, model names and features are controlled by the vendor and may change. Articles on this site describe the plan as of their last-updated date and are not a guarantee of future features.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
